What was the challenge?
To use Facebook and Instagram advertising to generate enquiries/viewings of multi-million dollar properties around the world, particularly in the US. When they approached us, they were running Facebook advertising campaigns internally, and whilst they were creating exposure, it wasn’t translating into enquiries and ultimately, sales.
We carried out a detailed audit of past Facebook and Instagram advertising campaigns, from which we determined what had been successful and where improvements could be made. This led to the creation and implementation of a data-driven strategy, targeting only potential buyers. Our creative team set about developing visual assets to really engage users, and help them buy into the story of a property.
